Ordering

Secure payment is simple! Either follow the links to ETSY or FOLKSY and you will be redirected to whichever selling platform you choose. At times when the shop function is activated on my website just click 'Buy Now' and you will be redirected to the secure Paypal site, if you don't have an account with them you can still use your debit/credit card to pay.

Customers wishing to pay by cheque or postal order may do so but need to contact us before ordering.

Once your order has been placed you will receive confirmation within 24 hours. 

If you are outside of the UK you are responsible for the payment of any customs charges or other related fees.

 

Dispatch 

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, although at busy times such as Christmas it may take a little longer. If you need your item by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best to help you.

Bespoke/personalised items will take longer depending on how busy we are. If you would like a more accurate timescale please don't hesitate to message me.

 

Returns

We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase, but if not just email us at returns@belovedly.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item and we will send details of where to send it back to. It will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Return postage costs must be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or was damaged in transit. Please use a tracked service with the same level of insurance as the item had when it was sent to you and retain proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in transit back to us.

The item must be unworn and in the same condition it was received complete with tags in order to qualify for a refund so please ensure you are happy with your purchase before removing them.

Bespoke and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged in transit.
